A sweet farewell to summer combination as we approach the end of this season. We turned mid summer peaches into a jam using honey, lemon juice and sugar. Our classic olive oil cake infused with lemon, a vanilla chantilly cream, ripe peaches and the jammiest figs for the sweetest pairing.
Cake is 9” wide, 2 layers of cake. Feed 8-12 people.
