I’m Nicole, owner of what once was Box’d by Nicole. It’s still us just a different name, rooted in traditions, seasonality, community, and a deep respect for the cheesemakers and farmers who grow what ends up on our table.

Quezito feels closer to me, my roots, and the intention behind everything I create.

You can still expect the same seasonal boards, thoughtfully sourced cheeses, farmers market fruit, and little details that make each spread feel special. But with this new chapter, I’m also creating more space for inspiration, recipes, seasonal ideas, and small ways to romanticize the everyday moments around food. 

Quezito is a reminder to slow down.
To slice the good cheese.
To cherish what’s in season.
To gather - even if it’s just a Tuesday.
